By accessing or using the Auradonors platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Auradonors is a cloud-based donor management platform designed for nonprofit organizations. The Service includes contact management, donation processing, inventory management, reporting, and related features as described on our website.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each user must have their own unique account; sharing of account credentials is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or create within the Service. Each organization's data is stored in an isolated database and is not accessible to other organizations or used for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auradonors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
