Know every donor's full story before you pick up the phone.

When donor context lives in people's inboxes, every staff change is a crisis and every call is a guess. Auradonors keeps the whole relationship — giving, notes, files, the emails they were sent, open tasks, and the people they're connected to — on one record anyone on your team can read in a minute.

A donor's record: giving history, household, engagement and lapse-risk scores, recent emails, and open tasks
The donor record

The whole relationship on one page.

Giving, recurring gifts, notes, files, emails, tasks, and a timeline of everything that happened — so a new staff member can pick up a relationship without starting over.

  • Giving history, recurring gifts, and lifetime totals at a glance
  • Notes, tags, and file attachments the whole team can see
  • Every email the donor was sent, and why one was held back
  • Open tasks with an owner and a due date
  • A timeline of every gift, change, mailing, and event
  • The contacts you were just working on, one click away from any page
Households

Households, addressed the way they like.

"Mr and Mrs John Smith" on the envelope, "Dear John and Jane" in the letter, and their giving seen together — without merging two people into one record.

  • Joint addressee and greetings worked out for you, or typed your own way
  • Household giving together — lifetime, this year, last and largest gift
  • One mailing piece per household instead of two
  • Suggested households from spouses and shared addresses, created in bulk
  • Gifts stay with the person who gave them, so receipts and statements stay right

Data quality

A donor file that stays clean.

Duplicates, stale addresses, and records nobody trusts are how mail gets returned and donors get annoyed. Auradonors catches them as they happen.

  • US and international addresses checked as they’re entered
  • Duplicate detection with a side-by-side merge, and 30 days to undo it
  • Change-of-address (NCOA) results reviewed and applied in bulk, with undo
  • Organizations and the people who belong to them
  • Relationships — spouses, parents, employers — mapped in both directions
  • A donor's personal data erased on request, keeping the giving record your auditors need

Common questions

Can two people share a household without merging their records?
Yes. A household groups the people who live together so they are written to as one and their giving can be seen together. Each person keeps their own record, gifts, receipts, and tax statements.
What happens to a donor’s history when we merge duplicates?
Everything moves to the record you keep — gifts, recurring gifts, notes, files, tasks, tags, households, and event registrations — and you have 30 days to undo the merge if it was a mistake.
Can we erase a donor’s personal data on request?
Yes. Cleaning a contact removes their name, addresses, phones, emails, notes, and files, and cancels their recurring gifts, while keeping the gift records your finance team is required to retain.
