Can we migrate from our current system?
Yes. We offer guided data migration on all plans. Enterprise customers receive dedicated migration support including data mapping, validation, and parallel running periods. Our self-service import wizard supports templates for Bloomerang, DonorPerfect, Little Green Light, Network for Good, and generic CSV formats.
How do you keep our data private?
Your organization's data is completely separated from every other customer. Your donor records, transactions, and reports are never shared, commingled, or accessible to anyone outside your organization. Full data export is available at any time.
What does onboarding look like?
Growth and Professional plans include a guided onboarding wizard that walks your team through setup, lookup configuration, and data import — most teams are fully operational within two weeks. Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding manager who works with your team through configuration, data migration, training, and go-live support.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything at any time. We will never hold your data hostage.
Why is there no free or starter tier?
AuraDonors is built for organizations with established fundraising operations. Every plan includes the full security model, unlimited users, and a sandbox environment. A stripped-down free tier would not give you enough to evaluate whether the platform actually solves your operational problems — and we would rather you see the real product.
How do I know which plan is right for my organization?
