Yes. We offer guided data migration on all plans. Enterprise Partner organizations receive dedicated migration planning including data mapping, validation, and parallel running periods. Our self-service import wizard supports templates for Bloomerang, DonorPerfect, Little Green Light, Network for Good, and generic CSV formats.
How do you keep our data private?
Your organization's data is completely separated from every other customer. Your donor records, transactions, and reports are never shared, commingled, or accessible to anyone outside your organization. Full data export is available at any time.
What does onboarding look like?
Foundation and Professional plans include a guided onboarding wizard that walks your team through setup, lookup configuration, and data import — most teams are fully operational within two weeks. Enterprise Partner includes dedicated implementation guidance through configuration, data migration, training, and go-live support.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything at any time. We will never hold your data hostage.
Does pricing change as we grow?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly price with unlimited users and unlimited donor records. Unlike platforms that bill by record count or by how much you raise, your price does not rise as your donor file or your fundraising grows — and there are no per-seat charges or module add-on fees. You move tiers only when your operational needs change, never automatically.
Why is there no free or starter tier?
Auradonors is built for organizations with established fundraising operations. Every plan includes the full security model, unlimited users, and a sandbox environment. A stripped-down free tier would not give you enough to evaluate whether the platform actually solves your operational problems — and we would rather you see the real product.
