Eligibility

  • The referral must be a new prospective client not already in active discussions with Auradonors
  • The referring party must be clearly identified at or before the time of introduction
  • The referral must result in a signed agreement and active subscription
  • Referrals cannot be applied retroactively
  • Self-referrals are not eligible

Organizations that regularly connect nonprofits with technology solutions — such as consultants, denominational offices, and nonprofit networks — may be eligible for enhanced referral terms. Contact us to discuss a partnership arrangement.

Limitations

  • Referral rewards apply only to the base subscription fee
  • Rewards are based on actual revenue received
  • If the referred organization cancels within the first 90 days, no rewards are paid
  • If the referred organization cancels after 90 days, rewards stop at the time of cancellation
  • Referral rewards are non-transferable
  • Auradonors reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with 30 days' notice to active referrers

Ethical Guidelines

Referrals must be made in good faith. Referrers should genuinely believe Auradonors is a good fit for the organization they are referring. Referral rewards are intended for organizations and approved partners. Payments will not be made directly to individual employees of an organization unless explicitly approved.

Frequently asked questions

When do I receive my first payment?
After the referred organization has been an active, paying subscriber for 90 days, you receive a lump sum covering the first three months of referral rewards. After that, you receive monthly payments for the remaining nine months — 12 months of rewards total.
What happens if the referred organization cancels early?
If the referred organization cancels within the first 90 days, no referral rewards are paid. If they cancel after the 90-day qualifying period, your rewards stop at the time of cancellation. For example, if they cancel at month 6, you would receive rewards for months 1 through 6 only.
What if the referred organization upgrades or downgrades their plan?
Your referral reward adjusts to reflect the referred organization's current subscription fee. If they upgrade from Growth to Pro, your monthly reward increases. If they downgrade, the reward decreases accordingly.
Is there a limit on how many organizations I can refer?
No. There is no cap on the number of referrals you can submit, and rewards stack across multiple successful referrals. Refer three organizations on the Growth plan and you could earn over $2,800 in a year.
Do I need to be an Auradonors customer to refer someone?
No. Anyone can submit a referral. However, only Auradonors customers can choose the account credit payout option. Non-customers can receive rewards via direct payment or charitable donation.
